We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead our testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in test management, with a proven track record of driving testing initiatives from planning to execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Test Planning and Execution: Deep understanding of Release testing lifecycle, test cases creation and repository, testing enablement (test plan/package/testers assignment) and execution strategies.
  • Tool Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify and Analytic tools like PowerBI, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, Signavio Integration.

  • Leadership and Communication: Cross-functional collaboration, status report preparation, escalation, and decision-making.
  • Problem Solving and Risk Management: Defect analysis, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
