Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our customer interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality audits, identifying service gaps, and developing solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Audits:
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess the effectiveness of our customer interaction processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement audit findings and track progress.
- Service Gap Analysis:
- Analyze data and metrics to identify service gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified gaps.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Leadership and Coaching:
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Benchmarking and Process Improvement:
- Research industry best practices and benchmark against competitors.
- Develop and implement process improvements based on benchmarking analysis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and make adjustments as needed.
