Job Title: Creative Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative leader to drive our design vision.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design thinking, brand strategy, and visual communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting creative briefs and understanding brand objectives to design requirements from concept to execution.
  • Applying design thinking to solve brand challenges and leading the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums.
  • Preparing concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, and campaign ideas.
  • Designing cross-channel creative expressions, including digital, print, motion, and design.
  • Maintaining compliance with brand guidelines and design standards, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • A breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • A genuine love for pop culture and everything advertising/marketing.

Prior experience in digital design and advertising is preferred, with up to 2 years' experience being ideal.
