  • Design Strategy: Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, UX, and product design.">
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work with HR, learning & development teams to influence and evolve career frameworks in alignment with organization goals and talent aspirations.">
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.">
  • User Advocacy: Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.">
  • Design Systems: Maintain and establish a centralized design system with standards, patterns, and best practices for designing with AI, including data visualization, trust, and transparency.">
Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include:">

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.">
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.">
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.">
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.">
  • Excellent relationship management skills working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and internal sales/consulting teams.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex design concepts and strategies to a variety of audiences.">
