Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Loan Origination Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of education loan leads. This role is responsible for allocating leads efficiently to sales resources, coordinating between call center and field teams, and tracking lead progress through all stages.

The successful candidate will have strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, CRM, and MIS reporting. Experience in education loans or retail lending is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily EL lead inflow and allocate efficiently to sales resources
  • Coordinate between call center and field teams to ensure timely contact and follow-up
  • Track lead progress through all stages, identify and address drop-offs
  • Maintain and share daily, weekly MIS on lead status, conversions, and TAT

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience in lead sales coordination or tele sales preferably in BFSI. Postgraduate preferred.
