We are seeking skilled professionals to manage and maintain our clients' audio-visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support for AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas.
  • Set up, test, and operate AV equipment (video conferencing, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, control systems, etc.).
  • Support live events including presentations, hybrid meetings, and townhalls.
  • Diagnose and resolve AV system issues in real-time with minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate with remote teams and vendors for escalations.
  • Perform routine checks, system reboots, and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage AV equipment health, firmware updates, and usage reports.
  • Ensure video conferencing platforms integrate smoothly with in-room technology.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and SOPs.
  • Act as the primary onsite contact for the client.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.
