Key Client Services Manager Job Overview

Job Summary:

As a Key Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of our client's recruitment and onboarding processes using SAP SuccessFactors. Your key focus will be to engage with clients to analyze their current processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Study new features and releases of SAP SuccessFactors and recommend them to clients based on their needs.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure effective use and adoption of implemented modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients.
  • Work closely with other consultants and teams to integrate Onboarding and Recruitment modules with HR processes and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and SAP SuccessFactors features to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare project documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is mandatory.
