Key Position Details

We are seeking a talented motion designer and video editor to join our creative team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through animation, video editing, and cinematic storytelling.

Main Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Understand briefs, conceptualize ideas, and develop compelling visual narratives.
  • Storyboarding: Translate ideas into clear and engaging storyboards before moving into production.
  • Motion & Editing: Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and edited videos for multiple platforms—corporate, marketing, e-commerce, product, learning, social media, and web.
  • Creative Post-Production: Work with raw footage, adding effects, animations, typography, audio, and color grading to elevate the final product.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure every motion asset reflects the company's brand identity, style, and tone.
  • Trend Awareness: Research and apply the latest in motion design, animation, and video trends.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables without compromising on quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Think creatively to address challenges and push creative boundaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Animation Expertise: Strong understanding of animation principles and timing.
  • Software Mastery: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition.
  • Storyboarding Skills: Ability to develop clear, visually compelling storyboards for ideation and approval.
  • Filmmaking Knowledge: Understanding of shooting techniques, production equipment, and editing workflows.
  • Plug-ins & Tools: Familiarity with necessary plug-ins and tools for Motion, like Red Giant Suite, Newton, and other advanced motion tools.
  • 3D Advantage: Knowledge of CINEMA 4D or other 3D software is a plus.
  • Character Animation: Experience in After Effects or Animate CC is an added bonus.
