Fund Raising Executive

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our team as a Development Fund Manager. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai, where you will be responsible for securing financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
Your primary objectives will include researching potential donors, preparing fundraising materials, organizing fundraising events, and maintaining donor relationships. You will also be responsible for managing donor databases and ensuring timely acknowledgment of contributions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategies: Identify and pursue new opportunities for financial support.
- Donor Research and Outreach: Research potential donors and prepare tailored proposals to secure their support.
- Fundraising Events: Plan and execute successful fundraising events to engage our supporters.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with current and prospective donors to ensure continued support.
- Donor Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions and contributions.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in fundraising or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
