Quality Assurance Role

This position is responsible for implementing and enforcing quality standards across the organization. Ensuring effective implementation of these standards requires careful planning, process control, and collaboration with team members.

The incumbent will oversee process control in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), driving continuous improvement of quality performance through data analysis and team collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing and enforcing quality standards, ensuring their effective implementation across the organization.
  2. Oversight of EMS processes to drive continuous improvement of quality performance.
  3. Developing and implementing quality improvement actions based on collected data and analysis.
  4. Conducting failure analysis for customer returns and submitting comprehensive reports with actionable solutions.
  5. Cordinating audits, including customer, internal, and hierarchical assessments, to drive timely resolution of identified issues.

In order to excel in this role, a strong educational background and relevant experience are essential. Key qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. At least three years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
  3. Native English speaker; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
  4. Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations.
  5. In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system.
  6. Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
