We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fullstack AI Lead to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-powered applications. This role combines Fullstack development with Generative AI, LLMs, and ML expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of AI-powered applications (backend, frontend, and AI integration) from concept to delivery.
  • Design and implement LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents to drive business value.
  • Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Create modern, interactive UIs with React.js / Next.js to enhance user experience.
  • Work with relational & NoSQL databases, vector databases, and async processing to optimize data management.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with Docker/Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
  • Apply ML techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection) to improve business outcomes.
  • Mentor team members, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in Fullstack Development + AI/ML with proven expertise in both areas.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js/Next.js.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).
  • Solid foundation in traditional ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
