Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Success Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with up to 3 years of experience in client servicing in an agency environment.

The ideal candidate will be a polymath, able to solve problems effectively, possess high emotional intelligence and empathy, and have a strong sense of ownership. They should be comfortable working under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves working on key brands, creating digital experiences, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and providing strategic inputs to the design and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on key brands and contributing to the creation of digital experiences.
  • Developing content strategies that align with brand philosophy and objectives.
  • Possessing the ability to understand client feedback and provide strategic inputs to the design and content teams.
  • Establishing rapport with stakeholders and creating communication for different cohorts.
What You Will Do:
  • Campaign content creation on various digital platforms.
  • Developing innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brand's digital platforms.
  • Preparing reports on a monthly basis with quantitative and qualitative analyses of the brand.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Client Servicing team member or similar role with an agency background.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media strategies.
