As a strategic GenAI solutions leader, you will be responsible for driving the conception and deployment of high-impact Generative AI solutions for our clients. This includes engaging with clients to understand business challenges and leading innovative GenAI solution ideation and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Leadership: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling.
  • Technical Architecture: Engage with cross-functional teams to foster best practices and project accountability, while delivering end-to-end GenAI solutions ensuring technical quality, business alignment, and timely execution.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and owning AI-driven solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills articulating complex technical concepts.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
