Program Service Manager

We are seeking a Program Service Manager for our South India and Sri Lanka programs, located in New Delhi. This role involves hiring, training, and driving performance of Trip leaders who lead Senior Americans on our Land tours in South India and Sri Lanka.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership style, be flexible, analytical, creative, independent, and highly organized, with a proven ability to motivate people.

  • General Administrative Skills, Including Working Knowledge with Databases and Microsoft Office - Word & Excel

As a Program Service Manager, you will develop hiring and training plans to staff all departures with high-performing Trip Leaders, lead Trip leader meetings and training, and drive achievement of Regional Excellence Goals.
