  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurse administer prescribed medications and medication. Ensure accurate dispensing, monitoring patient response, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Handle emergencies and provide first aid to injury or illness in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update medical records of employees and trainees, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and organize periodic medical camps to promote employee health and wellbeing.
  • Review pre-employment medical reports and verify employee fitness for duty.
  • Analyze sickness trends, track health records, and share MIS data with the HR department.
  • Monitor high-risk patients' health records on a regular basis.
  • Manage medicine stocks, reorder supplies as needed, and conduct periodic stock tallies to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct awareness sessions for stakeholders on various health topics, including wellness programs and disease prevention.
  • Support time office activities, including tracking employee attendance, maintaining employee databases, and updating transactional memos.
