We are looking for a skilled Automation Specialist to design, create and implement an end-to-end automation system that streamlines our operations.

The goal is to replace manual processes with reliable automations that 'just work' while meeting compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement document automations (receipts, contracts, audit packs, authority forms).
  • Build Slack command workflows (/receipt, /contract, /auditpack, etc.) for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize CRM systems (fields, automations, deal stages).
  • Automate document generation (Google Docs → PDF → email → storage).
  • Integrate e-signature platforms for seamless workflows.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI.
  • Build compliance workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).
  • Develop dashboards & reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.
  • Provide documentation, diagrams, and runbooks, plus training for users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
  • Knowledge of API/integration platforms.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools & other software.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map business processes into structured workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent documentation habits.
