Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned software developer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust and scalable full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Leverage expertise in React.js for efficient state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, with optional GraphQL experience.
  • Work with modern frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Maintain solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Utilize version control with Git and collaborate on platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
  • Familiarize yourself with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Apply knowledge of testing frameworks RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend).
  • Understand cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD).
  • Prioritize strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
