Job opening for a liaison professional

About the PositionMain Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with municipal authorities, ward offices, Special Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), government and semi-government local bodies to secure approvals for various projects.
  • They will also be required to obtain all necessary approvals and compliances for projects in Mumbai and Thane region.
  • An important aspect of the role is coordinating with external architects and consultants to facilitate the approval process.
  • The successful candidate will prepare budgets, estimates, lists of compliances, etc., related to approvals.
  • Internal coordination with the engineering department, site team, and legal teams will be essential to ensure timely and smooth approval processes.

The job requires experience in handling SRA/Redevelopment projects in western/Sobo markets.
