Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models to support business decision-making
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop predictive models and algorithms
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business strategy and operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Experience

At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably related to customer lifecycle and/or business intelligence

Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and big data queries
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of campaign metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance concepts
