Training Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead training initiatives across all our outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Food & Beverages (F&B), including liquor service standards, and the ability to design structured training modules for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food, beverages, and liquor service.
  • Standardize operational training across all outlets to maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.
  • Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs.
Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in F&B training (restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality industry).
  • Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards.
  • Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across outlets.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field; 5+ years of experience in a similar role; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure.
