Key Role in Sales and Customer Success Training

This role focuses on developing comprehensive training programs and materials for sales and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training content, including videos, cheat sheets, and live training sessions. This involves developing product knowledge, soft skills, and technical aspects to ensure our teams are well-equipped to meet customer needs and drive sales.

We are looking for an experienced trainer with 2-5 years of experience in a sales/customer service organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training sessions and improving engagement and participation rates.

In this role, you will work closely with different teams to identify training needs and gaps, gather feedback on training effectiveness, and continuously improve the training materials.

You will also define parameters for analyzing past customer history and incorporate them into training, include real customer inquiries in training scenarios, and develop tools such as a "Hose Finder" and "Hose Assembly Code Finder". Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs that meet business objectives
  • Creating engaging and interactive training content
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps
  • Analyzing past customer history and incorporating it into training
