Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in building strong teams at HireBloc by sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates to fill our open positions. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates by utilizing various databases, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Draft and post job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote HireBloc's employer brand.
- Network and build long-term relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Manage the hiring process, including prescreening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Oversee the selection process, including job offers and negotiations.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and innovations to implement new sourcing methods and strategies.
- Produce regular reports and analysis on recruiting metrics to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor legislation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or in a staffing agency.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Hand-on experience with various selection processes, including phone interviewing and reference checking.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
- Networking and negotiation skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office.
- Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus.
- Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
