Visual Storyteller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful stories through visual presentations and design.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging visuals that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative ideas and concepts for interactive communication designs.
  • Meet clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements of tasks.
  • Presentation finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Deliver illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for print.
  • Collaborate with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Meet deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD,).
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools.
  • Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.
