About Our Graphic Design Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong aesthetic sensibilities, conceptual clarity, and the ability to manage design processes from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.). Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, and visual storytelling is essential.

You will collaborate with team members to co-create design briefs aligned with project goals, liaise with stakeholders to gather content inputs and clarify creative direction. Lead and contribute to conceptualization and ideation of design projects, translate ideas into compelling visuals, layouts, and assets across print and digital media.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (link required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

  • Motion design / video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Illustration or animation capabilities.
  • Experience with branding and visual identity development.
  • Exposure to nonprofit or social sector projects.
