Business Development Opportunity with APSG Engineering

Join APSG Engineering Private Limited, a renowned engineering firm based in Bengaluru, as a Senior Business Development Executive. We are seeking an ambitious professional to drive our sales efforts and explore new business opportunities.
**About the Role:**
We are looking for a results-driven individual with 2-4 years of sales experience who can effectively identify and qualify potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be goal-oriented, and possess a willingness to travel regularly.
**Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify prospective business opportunities through direct and social media channels.
• Qualify prospects through cold calls and regular visits.
• Engage with prospects until deal closure, maintaining a continuous dialogue and providing marketing support as required.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• 2-4 years of sales experience (any sales experience will be considered as an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50% of the time).
**Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary package of ₹ 8 Lakhs - 12 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
