This internship role is an exceptional opportunity for a WordPress Developer Intern to gain hands-on experience with web technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

The intern will assist in both front-end and back-end web development tasks, including designing and developing responsive web designs, implementing web development projects, and supporting the team in achieving overall project goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing responsive web designs
  • Implementing web development projects
  • Supporting the team in achieving overall project goals

Required qualifications include strong knowledge of WordPress (core, themes, plugins, hooks, filters, REST API) and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Familiarity with MySQL database management, payment gateway integration, SMTP configuration, API integrations, webhooks, responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, SEO optimization, website security best practices, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and team collaboration skills are also essential.

Additionally, candidates should have a basic understanding of SEO optimization and website security best practices.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce setups, familiarity with cPanel, domain management, DNS configurations, experience with Git or other version control systems, and understanding of basic hosting and server management.
