Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer located in Kampala. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function according to the organization's specifications. Day-to-day tasks include back-end and front-end development, creating user-friendly web applications, programming, and collaborating with team members to enhance our digital presence. The role involves ensuring the websites are visually appealing and feature easy navigation.

Qualifications

  • Back-End Web Development and Programming skills
  • Front-End Development and Web Design skills
  • Experience in overall Web Development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
