Lead Product Designer

About the Role

This is a core, high-impact position for someone who thrives on ownership, iteration, and mission-driven design. As a Product Designer, you will lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards, simplifying flows for all platforms and translating complex AI security features into simple, intuitive, and beautiful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design systems, UI kits, and reusable components that foster trusted user journeys.
  • Craft seamless interfaces for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators).
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective solutions.
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC, championing performance, accessibility, and trust in every pixel.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS.
  • Proven track record of shipping both B2C products (consumer apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems).
  • Experience designing complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech tools.
  • Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention.
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, motion/interaction prototyping (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar), and familiarity with Hotjar or UX tools.
  • Strong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and system thinking, empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users.
  • Passion for design's role in shaping secure digital futures.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication in remote environments.
