iOS Application Development Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality iOS applications that leverage BLE for seamless communication with external devices such as wearables, IoT devices, health monitors, and more.
  • Integrate BLE functionality into iOS apps to enable reliable data exchange between devices.
  • Implement peripheral management features to scan for and connect to BLE peripherals, read data from them, and send commands to control them.
  • Utilize BLE profiles, such as GATT (Generic Attribute Profile), to define data exchange formats and characteristics for devices.
  • Implement background modes to ensure BLE connections and data updates can continue even when the app is not in the foreground.
  • Develop error-handling mechanisms for Bluetooth connections and data exchange.
  • Address security concerns related to BLE communication, including encryption and secure pairing.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the app's Bluetooth functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BLE technology into the app development process.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C programming languages.
  • Experience with iOS development frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong understanding of BLE technology and its applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
