About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior iOS Developer with a proven track record of building, scaling, and maintaining high-performance iOS applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Swift, Objective-C, and modern iOS frameworks, while also being a strong collaborator and mentor in agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, high-performance iOS applications.

- Build and refine user-centric, scalable, and efficient mobile solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality apps.

- Drive technical decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure clean, maintainable code.

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering best coding practices.

- Develop unit tests, automated UI tests, and integrate CI/CD practices for app reliability.

- Monitor app performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.

- Stay up to date with the latest iOS development trends, libraries, and tools.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 7+ years in iOS app development.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining at least three large-scale, production-grade iOS applications.

- Strong expertise in Swift with working knowledge of Objective-C.

- Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and auto-layout.

- Solid experience with asynchronous programming, clean code practices, unit testing, and debugging.

- Hands-on expertise with Xcode, Git/GitHub, CocoaPods, Firebase, GraphQL, RxSwift.

- Familiarity with Figma and design collaboration workflows.

- Strong knowledge of testing and monitoring tools for iOS applications.

- Experience working in agile teams (5+ engineers) with CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to cross-platform frameworks or backend integration.

- Contributions to open-source projects or App Store apps.

- Experience in performance optimization and scalability design for enterprise-level apps.
