Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to understand customer needs and requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Customer Understanding: Understand customer needs and requirements
- Opportunity Routing: Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Record Keeping: Capture and maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and prospects
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and share best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
