  • Continuously improve application health by implementing forward-thinking code improvements and process enhancements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Deep understanding of user experience principles and ability to analyze usability.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and design tools like Photoshop/Fireworks.
  • Experience in creating stunning animations using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Experience working with PHP-based websites.
  • Strong grasp of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web standards.
  • A keen eye for pixel-perfect design with a focus on best practices.
  • Solid expertise in open web standards technologies.
  • Ability to craft clean and intuitive form designs, as demonstrated in a portfolio.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and grow into a UI/UX developer/designer.
  • Nice-to-have: Knowledge of back-end languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby, and experience with frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, or Ruby on Rails.
