Product Management Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented product management professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the liaison between our product and engineering teams, focusing on executing our product roadmap.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with our engineering squad to deliver high-quality products. You will be responsible for translating product strategy into actionable plans and ensuring that our development team has everything they need to succeed.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Roadmap Execution: Own and maintain our product roadmap, creating and refining user stories based on business value.
  • Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, serving as the voice of the customer within the team.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between engineering, UX/UI, and other teams to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience working directly with Agile development teams and managing product backlogs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
