Job Title:
Application Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Strategist to lead our application development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application design and architecture principles, as well as experience with cloud migration strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project goals
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team in implementing effective solutions
  • Engage in strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • Balance technical expertise with leadership skills


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization
  • Strong understanding of application design and architecture principles
  • Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices
  • Ability to analyze and optimize legacy systems for improved performance
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Mainframe Modernization


Additional Information:
This position is based at our Gurugram office and requires a 15 years full time education.
