We are seeking a highly skilled Senior General Manager of Sales and Business Development to lead our real estate project development team.

As a key member of our senior management, you will be responsible for the business budget and projects profit and loss.

You will analyse the real estate sectors to identify the best strategy and development plan.

Key responsibilities include gathering, preparing, and presenting information to senior management on proposed projects to obtain approvals.

You will track competitor locations and activities, update databases timely, and develop relationships with landowners, brokers, potential business partners, and professional organizations.

This role involves managing, coordinating, administering, and negotiating the best deal structure for the business.

You will also analyse and understand local ordinances and zoning codes to determine development parameters.

Additional responsibilities include developing, monitoring, and reporting detailed budgets, schedules, and status on projects while maintaining and updating senior management.

This position requires managing all activities between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects within scheduled timeframes and budgets.

Finally, you will represent the company to local government entities and the public, facilitating community meetings and public hearings.
