About the Role:

  • Lead project execution, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits to gather primary information, monitor progress, and summarize findings.
  • Oversee civil engineering aspects of fit-out projects, including structural modifications and installations.
  • Review on-site work and verify compliance with approved designs, specifications, and standards.
  • Evaluate construction quality and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Review invoices and bills for materials, labor, and services.
  • Ensure quality standards and identify issues related to materials or workmanship.
  • Verify compliance with IGBC certification requirements.

About You:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, billing practices, and IGBC standards.
  • Understanding of civil engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively between multiple project locations and work on-site.
Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines and resources.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations.
  • Analyze construction data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
