Job Title: Technical Project executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple applied research projects at the institute, and other independent projects on a time-to-time basis. The successful candidate will represent PIs and scientists in project discussions, summarize, document and manage the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple applied research projects and manage scope, timelines and quality of research output.
  • Represent PIs and scientists in project discussions and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Faculty, Engineering and management teams to achieve project goals.
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders and interface with external organizations through reports, meetings and presentations.
  • Recommend tools, methods and processes to improve efficacy and efficiency of project tracking and execution.
  • Serve as a single point contact for project related requests from stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain presentations related to various project engagements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams.
  • Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts and applications.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to manage/understand cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
