Project Management Opportunity

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of retail interior projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and handover of projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed within agreed financial and time constraints.
  • Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
  • Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and issues, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing client concerns, providing regular updates, and managing expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client-Focused:
    • Ability to manage client expectations, deliver high-quality results, and ensure client satisfaction.
