Compliance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to operational and process-related controls, as well as client contractual terms, policies, rules, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with client contractual terms, policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and support compliance activities in the client area.
  • Conduct periodic testing of process controls and service delivery compliance reviews/audits.
  • Monitor and coordinate compliance activities with other enabling departments/compliance teams.
  • Act as an independent reviewer and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the client area are appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
Primary Internal Interactions:
  • Collaborate with AM/LAM, Managers/Sr Manager, AVP/VPs, Internal Audit, and Corporate Compliance Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong auditing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret laws and contractual requirements.
  • Good number orientation (MS Excel skills).
  • Excellent presentation skills (MS Office).
