Compliance Lead Role

The Compliance Lead will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end implementation of regulatory charters across the organization's ecosystem. This involves leading the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Implementation: The Compliance Lead will lead the implementation of regulatory charters, ensuring timely completion and documentation of audit findings.
  • Compliance Policy Development: The Compliance Lead will develop and update compliance policies with relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Capability Building: The Compliance Lead will build capabilities within the compliance team, including training and coaching to ensure effective execution of compliance responsibilities.
  • KPI Reporting: The Compliance Lead will report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights into compliance effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in compliance or risk management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
