Job Title: Compliance Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our statutory compliance team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced compliance expert to take on new challenges and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in labour law compliance, payroll compliance, and statutory remittances. They will be responsible for ensuring timely payments, coordinating with clients, and updating compliance portals. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can balance multiple priorities and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely statutory remittances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF)
  • Coordinate with clients for inputs related to statutory remittances, registers, and returns
  • Initiate and oversee one-time compliance activities (Factories & Shops)
  • Update compliance portals as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Labour Law Compliance (Factories & Shops) & Payroll Compliance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
