Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth.

  • This is a key role in building brand awareness and achieving annual sales targets.
  • The successful candidate will devise an annual marketing calendar, study markets and competition, and conceptualize strategies for product portfolios.
  • Alignment with senior management and approval of strategies will be a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with agency partners will also be essential.
  • In addition, the marketer will lead the development of brand campaigns across various touchpoints, including TV, Print, Radio, OOH, BTL, Events, Retail, and Digital.
  • The ideal candidate will spearhead product launches and maintain brand health across markets.
  • Responsibilities will include managing agency and distributor partners to design and execute communication objectives.
  • The position will also involve identifying business needs for engaging agencies and striving for effective output.
  • Coordination with distributor partners to execute media and local level marketing activities will be required.
  • Successful execution and monitoring of all marketing activities according to the annual plan, along with course correction alignment, will be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
