We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional marketing performance for our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in data management, dashboard reporting, and advanced visualisation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama).

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing data streams and delivering reports to provide a holistic view of marketing performance
  • Building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
  • Experience in Data Mapping and Normalisation
  • Knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama
