Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Material Master Data Cleansing projects. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring high data quality standards, managing client relationships, and delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Define project milestones and deliverables, and track progress against plan.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with best practices.
Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and expectations, and ensure project deliverables meet their needs.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including consultants, developers, and data analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitor their performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in data management or data cleansing projects.
  • Strong understanding of Material Master Data (MM) in ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with similar MDM platforms.
  • Experience in data governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Experience in the industries that we serve.
