About us:

We are seeking a Production Engineer to drive efficiency within our production process through detailed analysis and elimination of non-value-added activities.

The ideal candidate will integrate tools and machinery to optimize lead times, collaborate closely with the Industrial Engineering team to ensure smooth operations and consistent productivity improvements.

  • Conduct thorough time studies to analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement solutions to reduce lead time by introducing suitable tools and techniques and optimizing machinery.
  • Work collaboratively with the Industrial Engineering team to improve process efficiency and achieve continuous productivity gains.
  • Support best practices in production engineering and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with an Industrial Engineering team or as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of production processes, tools, and machinery, with a focus on integration and optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively with colleagues.
