The Brand Service Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our agency and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing social media strategies and execution.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients as their main point of contact.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate internal resources to execute client campaigns and projects.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports and analytics to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and additional service offerings.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Create and maintain content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, curation, and publishing.
  • Monitor social media trends and platform updates to optimize client strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage community engagement including responding to comments and messages.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in client service, account management, or related role within an agency setting.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software.
  • Experience in digital marketing strategy development.
