The Recruitment Officer will act as a central hub and vital link between candidates and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional and timely.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client industries, services, and work cultures.
- Approach new clients and discuss their recruitment needs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers through open communication, regular updates, quality deliverables, and a professional attitude.
- Analyze customer requirements, entering new job openings and candidate details into the database.
- Keep accurate records of clients, employers, and vacancies, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Research roles to understand job requirements, developing effective search strategies to find suitable candidates.
- Source and approach the right candidates using multiple tools, such as recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and social networking sites.
- Match candidates to suitable jobs, interviewing and testing them to build a pool of qualified candidates.
- Create evaluation matrices for multiple candidates against provided ratings.
- Screen and shortlist candidates in line with customer requirements before employer interviews.
- Verify references and candidate histories before submission.
- Packaging candidate resumes in preparation for submission.
- Organize interviews for candidates with clients, informing them of results.
- Negotiate package arrangements between clients and candidates.
- Offer advice on salary scales, training, and career progression to both clients and candidates.
- Support the team in exceeding company and individual targets (deadlines, number of placed candidates, target revenue, and generated business leads).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organization.
- Highly focused and organized, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with data entry and workflows.
- Familiarity with the recruitment process.
- A background in HR is a plus.
- Additional skills for IT Technical Recruiters include:
- Good understanding and knowledge of information technology.
- Familiarity with IT technical terminology.
- Familiarity with search and database entry.
This role is based in India and involves working remotely from home. You will have access to cutting-edge technology and resources to support your success.
Estimated Salary:We offer a competitive estimated salary of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
