Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in MS CRM, with expertise in two or more of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

They should also possess skills in Power Platform, including PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Power Portals/Pages. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, Customizations, and Configurations.

A strong understanding of Security Roles, Field Security Profiles, Business Rules, and Business Process Flows is essential. The candidate should also have worked on at least two end-to-end projects that required client responsibilities.

Responsibilities include collaborating with client teams to understand business requirements, translating them into solutions, executing application design sessions, and ensuring designs align with business needs.

A deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM is necessary, as well as knowledge of configuring and customizing CRM applications. Experience with .NetPlugins/ASP.Net extensions and training/mentoring project resources are also desirable.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities. They should foster teamwork, lead by example, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives.

Requirements include knowledge of D365 CE, hands-on development writing plugins, power-platform, and Azure (S2S authentication, logic Apps, function app). Good exposure to Data migration, ETL, SSIS, and experience on 2016 Online and D365 are also essential.

Writing Jscript, Workflows, actions, power automate, plugins, and experience in product configuration, customization, and reporting are all highly valued skills.
