Job Title

The Legal Officer will be responsible for handling all administrative matters of client companies and maintaining relationships with clients. This includes reviewing standard corporate and commercial agreements, coordinating legal and administrative activities, and ensuring the financial stability of companies.

This role involves preparing legal documents such as company resolutions, powers of attorney, and share certificates. The successful candidate will also participate in company incorporation and termination processes, provide fee quotations to clients, and monitor productivity and performance against targets.

A key aspect of this position is managing company information and ensuring accuracy in client files. Additionally, the Legal Officer will develop and update legal manuals and procedures, assist in client database maintenance, and provide advice to colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Law or Economics/Company Secretary
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in legal services
  • Strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability
