Senior Corporate Counsel

We seek an experienced Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal and compliance solutions that drive business growth.
- Implement Compliance Programs: Develop, implement, and manage corporate compliance programs with a focus on whistleblower systems.
- Investigations and Remediations: Conduct thorough investigations, negotiate remediations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop Global Compliance Programs: Design and implement global whistleblower programs aligned with corporate objectives.
- Conduct Risk Evaluations: Identify and mitigate risks through analytical assessments and automation.
- Regulatory Regimes: Stay current with key compliance and regulatory regimes applicable to our industry, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-trust, confidentiality, and related processes.
- Compliance and Integrity: Contribute to the development of the Compliance & Integrity Plan, prepare action plans, resolve problems, identify trends, and implement system improvements.
- Juris Doctor and Experience: Qualified lawyer with a Juris Doctor degree and relevant experience as a compliance counsel.
- Additional Qualifications: Additional qualifications like CA/CFA preferred.
- Report Development and Policy Development: Extensive experience in report development and policy development in a multinational environment.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Change Management: Ability to handle change management.
